What are Swags?
Before we get into Swags, let’s get to know what SWAG is. Swag is actually an acronym for “Stuff We All Get”.These are promotional give-aways used by companies for branding. Companies may offer then as individual items or in the form of swag packs where multiple promotional products are bundled together in packs or boxes to give-away to employees, clients, or customers.
How can we use swags?
Custom Swags or Swag Packs are a great tool to create brand awareness among your customers, clients, employee, and events.
- Employee Engagement: Create a lasting effect for your “Work from Home” or New Employees with a welcome swag pack
- Customer: Increase your customer retentivity by sending them powerful and quality swag packs

How is WorkTucks different from other promo companies?
We believe that Swags can only be powerful when done the right way. Hence, we decided to break through the noise and get away with the standard pens, notepads kind off swags that eventually make it to the landfills.

What is your ordering process?
Trust us, it’s a cakewalk. It goes like this –
- Select from one of our product types – Preset Packs, Custom Packs or Bulk order
- Set your quantity
- Request for quotes
- Approve the mockups and finalize the order
- Get your items shipped right away or store them at our fulfillment centers and get your items shipped as and when needed
Can I order individual items instead of a pack?
Yes, we do!, that’s why we made “Bulk” for you. In case you are only interested in one or more items in wholesale, we can help you with that as well. Please visit our “Bulk” page to get an insight on all wholesale items that are available with us.
Do you offer unbranded items?
Yes, we do! Please connect with our Swag agents and discuss your requirements and they will more than happy to get the best solution for you.
What types of Swag packs do you offer?
We have three custom offerings for our customers
- Bulk: Order bulk custom swag items in wholesale. This could be in the form of enamel pins, socks, patches, coins etc.
- Preset Packs – These packs have pre-defined items that go into a pack. All you have to do is provide us with your logo or artwork and we custom brand your pack as per your needs
- Custom Packs: The word says for itself, you can customize your packs from packaging to what all goes into the pack
Can I customize Prepacks?
Yes, you can. Let us know the items that you would like to see in your packs and we will customize them accordingly.
What is your minimum quantity of order?
The minimum quantity varies from product to product. Please contact us and our team would be more than happy to help.
Will my items fit in a box or pack?
For our Preset Packs, we have done the maths at our end by picking up package sizes that fit all the items. However, for custom packs, once you finalize the number of items, we will make sure that we find a package that fits all of your items.
Do you ship all the packs in pre-assembled state?
We make sure that we ship the end product to you with all items well placed in your packs. However, if you prefer all the items in a pack shipped in separate packs, please let our agents know.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we are only servicing the North American market, which includes shipping only to Canadian and US addresses. However, soon we plan to spread our wings and go international. Stay tunes!
How long does it take for me to get my Swag?
Once the mockups are finalized by your team, we take 3-4 weeks to get your items shipped to you.
What is your fulfillment service?
Our fulfillment service includes storing your swag packs and items in our warehouse and dispatching them to you, your employee, or your clients when needed. It is a perfect setup for companies who want to free up their physical office or storage space
Do you change for your fulfillment services?
Yes, we do. We charge a nominal one-time fee of CAD 3 per box for storage in our warehouse.
